MODIG IS disappointed with THE CANCELLATION OF IMTS 2020

Modig Machine Tool is disappointed with the announcement to cancel the International Manufacturing Technology Show, IMTS 2020, in Chicago.  Modig Machine Tool has been following the developments of the Covid-19 carefully and we have taken several precautions during the last couple of months.  We continue to follow the guidance of the Public Health Authority to minimize the risk and spread of infection for the safety and care of our employees, customers and suppliers.

Until the next exhibition,  we were looking forward meeting you all at the IMTS 2020 to show our latest news and demonstrate the Modig way of machining, you can schedule a meeting with us to learn more. We are available for online-meetings and live demonstrations during this time.

  • Week of 27: Horizontal Machining Center – MODIG HHV [HHV2 and HHV3]

The Modig HHV provides a systematically lean method for production, with only one setup, no dedicated tooling or preparation necessary. A universal machining center for bar or extrusion components with horizontal machining. HSK63A or HSK100A for soft and hard metal.

  • Week of 37: Vertical Machining Center – MODIG RigiMill

The Modig RigiMill provides the highest quality in precision and rigidity, with chip removal rates up to 55 cubic inches/min (0.9 liter) in titanium and 1,000 cubic inches/min (16.4 liters) in aluminum. The RigiMill is available as a Moving Gantry or Moving Table version, with working envelope suitable for shorter or longer parts with unlimited travel in X-axis.
