Automatic Infeeder System for HHV

One Operator, Five Machines. An automatic infeeder system will provide you with great benefits in your production. One operator could be running up to five MODIG HHV machines.

How could one operator be running five machines?

The automatic infeeder is available to the machines within the HHV-family: HHV2, HHV3, HHV DUO. The infeeder, also known as a bar feeder, allows you to automatically load the raw material into the machine. The infeeder support raw material such as extrusions, bars, and plates in different shapes and lengths. After loading the infeeder with material, the machine will continue to produce parts until the feeder is empty. During the process the operator only need to ensure that the machine is running properly and load the infeeder with new raw material when required. The automatic infeeder system can handle up to 20 extrusions, bars, or plates.

Cost per part is the key

By utilizing machine tool automation, you will improve your machining center and contribute to greater flexibility, higher quality, and increased productivity in production. The operator could be running up to five machines. An important factor when cost per part is the key.
