David Modig, President Modig Machine Tool, is competing for Sweden for the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year 2021. A global award program that runs in more than 60 countries and one of the world’s most prestigious business awards program for entrepreneurs. We had a short talk with David before the international final.
David, it has been a few months since you won the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year in Sweden. How has it been?
I was overwhelmed when receiving this amazing award of EY Entrepreneur Of The Year in Sweden and I am very grateful and humble for all the attention I received after the Sweden finals. My network has expanded with many interesting new relationships, and it is fantastic to get in contact with more entrepreneurs sharing ideas and thoughts.
Next week, 10 of June, is the international final taking place and you will compete for Sweden. How does it feel?
I am proud to represent Sweden for this prestigious award. I have always been a highly competitive person and I will do as I always do, be myself and do my best. I am really looking forward to entering the final next week!
