MODIG, IBARMIA, and LiCON have successfully concluded their participation in BIEMH 2026, the International Machine Tool Biennial held at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC), achieving very positive results in both industry engagement and technological recognition.
Throughout the exhibition, the joint booth shared by MODIG, IBARMIA, and LiCON became a key meeting point for manufacturers, machining companies, and industrial professionals seeking advanced production solutions. Discussions during the event confirmed the growing market interest in technologies that combine high‑performance machining, automation, and process stability to increase real shop‑floor productivity.
A Joint Technological Proposal with MODIG, IBARMIA, and LiCON
The joint presence of MODIG, IBARMIA, and LiCON allowed visitors to explore a complementary portfolio of machining technologies. Together, we presented solutions designed to support high‑demand industrial sectors requiring productivity, flexibility, and reliability. The teams held numerous meetings with companies from a wide range of markets and industrial sectors, including aerospace, automotive, tooling, energy, and general machining.
During the exhibition, IBARMIA also received the Innovation Award recognizing the IBARMIA ZMS4_15.08 EXTREME with an automated pallet changer, which was presented and demonstrated live during the show.
